Policy of postage & returns
1. When will I receive my pyjamas?
Deliveries to the Peninsular of Spain & Balearic Islands will normally be received within a period of 3-5 working days (between 24-72 working hours).
For deliveries to other countries & the Canary Islands, the estimated shipping time is 5-10 working days.
2. How much does shipping cost?
-Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands): 7 euros. Free shipping for orders over 150 euros.
-Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal: 15 euros. Free shipping for orders over 200 euros.
-Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland): 30 euros. Free shipping for orders over 250 euros.
-Europe (Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Romania and Sweden): 55 euros. Free shipping for orders over 350 euros.
-United States and Canada: 55 euros. Free shipping for orders over 350 euros.
- Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Russia: 75 euros. Free shipping for orders over 500 euros.
-Australia: 85 euros. Free shipping for orders over 500 euros.

Postage to some countries or independent communities can incur extra fees and customs that will be charged to the customer.
3. Returns & exchanges
For us, the most important thing is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, no problem: you have 7 days to change or return your order, starting from the day you received your package.
In order to return or exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, with the label attached and in its original packaging, along with the delivery note.
Refunds will be sent via the same method used to pay for your order and will be received within an estimated 10-14 days.
If the pyjamas were purchased using a discount or during the sales, the courier charges will be paid by the customer.
We hope to receive the package with the pyjamas being exchanged in perfect condition. If once received the material is damaged, broken or shows signs of wear, we cannot process a return, exchange or refund.
